Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing EcoInkHub. Because our products are custom-made to your unique specifications, our policy is as follows:
1. Custom Orders All custom-printed products (boxes, stickers, bags, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, as they cannot be resold. Please review your digital proofs carefully before final approval.
2. Quality Assurance & Defects If there is a manufacturing error or the product does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your shipment.
Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
If the error is on our part, we will either reproduce the affected items at no extra cost or provide a pro-rated refund for the defective portion.
3. Damage During Transit While we pack our products with extreme care, we are not liable for damages caused by the carrier. If your shipment arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping company immediately and notify us so we can assist you with the documentation.
4. Order Cancellations Cancellations are only accepted before production starts. Once the plate-making and printing process has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
